Our health and fitness course is filled with FUN! We focus on movements that prevents childhood obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and reduce the risk of developing heart desease. Along with sports, relays and a nutrition class, we include a full day of CPR training under the American Heart Association Guidelines and obtain their CPR cards.

We encourage open and honest communication to help the child prepare for situations of negative peer pressure. Supporting them in finding a safe space and a support of a peer who is also willing to say "no." With several tips to help the children avoid negative peer pressure and respond in a healthy way.

Mix Martial Arts containes two (2) parts. Jiu Jitsu and Tae Kwondo. Jui Jitsu aids in self defense and a great methed for character building. Tae Kwondo incorporates both physical and mental skill that creates a well rounded individual.

Our transportation service ensures that displaced youth and young adults have reliable, safe, and accessible transportation to and from all our programs, events, and essential appointments. We understand that transportation is a significant barrier for many of the individuals we serve, so we provide this service to eliminate obstacles to their participation in educational, vocational, and wellness activities.
